Painting with acrylics on canvas I employ a drybrush, smooth layering process creating the illusion of texture and depth. I study patterns both visual and experiential. By incorporating specific patterns into my work I examine my own thoughts and behavior. Through the inclusion of figurative and natural elements I apply these patterns to the human condition.

Born in Berkeley, California. (1970)
Currently resides in Woodinville, WA
After several years of unfulfilling jobs I discovered in 2001 an ability to paint. I love painted furniture and for the next 6 years spent every moment on this new found passion. After gaining experience and confidence I introduced fine art to my portfolio. Canvas work has taken a firm hold on my heart and opened up new avenues of creativity I have never experienced before. I hope you enjoy the work as much as I have enjoyed painting it!
